Your account is shared by simplepresencestudio.ru and simplepresencestudio.com. We store your email, a permanent user ID, registration and email verification dates, and hashes of sign-in links and sessions. To sign in on a new device or website, confirm the same email address. We do not use passwords.
We store order numbers, amounts, payment status, creation and confirmation dates, and the accepted version of the purchase terms. These records are used to fulfil your order, provide access across our websites, handle refunds, and maintain payment records. Consent to account services does not subscribe you to promotional emails.
On the Russian website, email, amount, order number and purchased items are sent to Robokassa for payment processing and receipts. Card details are entered on Robokassa's page; we do not receive or store them. Payment on the English website is not yet available.
Sign-in uses a secure cookie lasting up to 30 days, separate for each domain. Tokens are stored as hashes. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can only be used once. You can sign out on one or all devices. To prevent abuse, we store a hash of the network address and limit requests over the last hour.
The public website uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica for visits and gameplay events. Our game events do not include email or order details. Analytics scripts are not loaded on sign-in or account pages.
Advertising attribution stores UTM tags, the ad click identifier and Metrica ClientID in a first-party cookie for up to 21 days and with an order. Checkout and confirmed payment events are sent to Yandex Metrica with the click identifier or ClientID and event time; payment events also include the amount and currency. These events do not include email, sign-in tokens or card details.
Data is retained while fulfilling your order and for periods required for payment accounting and applicable legal obligations. Contact the operator to request your data, correct it, or delete it when retention is no longer required.
